This was a great breakfast. The service was excellent as well. Adam was really great. As for the eggs. I had two fried eggs that were likely the best eggs I've ever had. I thought eggs were eggs and I wasn't really excited to go here. But I did and it's was great. I'd give it a chance if you want a real breakfast at a decent price.

The only reason why I can't give Eggs, Inc. more stars is because of the bathrooms. The bathrooms reminded me of a dirty gas station. It was 8:30am on a Sunday and it wasn't busy. There was NO reason to be that gross.
That said...
The food is great. If we were going just on the food, I would have given them 5 stars. The menu is big and creative. There is a wide variety of choices for everyone.
I had the crabby benny. It was really good. The holandaise was light with the right amount of citrus and not too thick or thin. The crab cakes weren't overcooked. It was a great choice.
My husband got pancakes with his meal. They were fluffy and had a good amount of vanilla in them. I don't normally go for pancakes but these were just right.
I liked Eggs, Inc. so much that I'm going to give them another shot. There are just too many yummy sounding things to not try again.
Please check the bathroom regularly. -

Christina and Kevin were pretty great to us. My wife and I both agreed, the amount of food for the price you pay is a great value. Super heavy-duty silverware here, no cheap junk! I'd recommend giving this establishment a shot if you're in the area.

Wow, just incredible. Breakfast was so amazing today. Hercules omelet, with a side of fresh fruit and two scrumptious pancakes. Omelet was perfect. Packed with flavor and gyro, tomato, feta and onions. Excellent combination and balance of items. The Tzatziki sauce was a perfect compliment to the omelet, really enhanced the overall flavor. Added a bit of salsa too for a little heat. Devoured it. Next was the light fluffy pancakes, with a little added butter and syrup. Delicious as well. Melt in your mouth good. Barely could even touch the fruit since I was so stuffed already.
Service was great, on top of everything. Definitely will come back next time in the area

This place is usually crowded on Sunday mornings, and this time was no exception. I love the skillets here, but they have a menu with a lot of variety. This is a good place for breakfast and lunch.
